Building Your Dream Deck or Fence in Milwaukie & Portland

Liviu Roman removed and replaced an ageing cedar deck for us and we were extremely pleased with his work. My husband and I were impressed with the knowledge he had of the various decking materials and their pros and cons. The bid he submitted was clear and the price reasonable. On the job, he and his assistant, Ioan, were very friendly and professional. They were promptly on the job site each morning and worked long days to finish the project. They also did a thorough cleanup when they finished. The deck looks great!
We would recommend Liviu’s company, Colonial Decks and Fences, to anyone without reservation.

We can not say enough good things about Colonial Deck and Fences. Liviu Roman is a true craftsman and built a beautiful fence for us while taking his time and using only quality products. After receiving several estimates from other contractors we decided to go with Colonial based on Liviu’s knowledge and expertise. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Not only is our fence beautiful and now the envy of all of our neighbors, but it is strong and provides the privacy we were looking for. We weren’t surprised at all to hear that Colonial was building a replacement fence for our neighbors just a couple of weeks later because the product speaks for itself. Luckily, there’s a great contractor behind that product as well. Thank you again Liviu and Ioan for completing our backyard transformation, we love it.

Thank you for the wonderful job you did building our front and back decks.
Derrick and I could not be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is so stunning we have had neighbors we don’t even know stop to tell us how beautiful our deck looks!
It was a pleasure to work with a contractor who keeps appointments, answer the phone, returns calls, shows up on time and works hard. We will not hesitate to refer you to our friends and family for any decking or fencing projects.
